Glute squeeze

You can do this exercise in the following steps:

Lie down in a comfortable position. Lift your knees so your feet are on the ground. Keep your feet a bit away from your hips. Lift your hips upwards and inhale. Hold for 10 seconds and exhale while bringing your hips back to the initial position. Repeat the steps.

Planks

You can do this exercise in the following steps:

Lie face down with your body weight supported on your elbows and toes.  Make sure that your body is parallel to the floor. Regulate your breathing while you're in the position.  Hold the position till you're comfortable. 

Chest opener

You can do this exercise in the following steps:

Stand straight. Keep your legs hip-width apart. Inhale and pull your chest outward and bring your hands backwards. Exhale while you bring your chest to the initial position.
